Thinking critically and communicating effectively are instrumental skills for professionals who face challenging conditions of the market and high level of uncertainty in their business
You will improve business acumen, use appropriate framework for reasoning and avoid the most common argumentation pitfalls. You will also gain a superior capability for analyzing, writing and delivering your ideas.
This training is organized in 2 levels: Critical Thinking Foundation and 2 specialized tracks.
After completing the Critical Thinking Foundation you may choose:
Reasoning: designed for who wants to improve analytical skills to properly identify and solve problems and consistently connect ideas.
Communication: a series of workshops that aim at enhancing your argumentation skills and ability to use various communication styles taking into account cultural differences.
What will you learn? At the end of the training you will be able to: • Think autonomously and deeply in order to create better strategies and make better decisions. • Communicate effectively in order to properly convey your ideas. • Raise cross-cultural awareness in order to succeed in the global market.
How is the training delivered? Each training consists of 3-4 interrelated workshops. Assignments include of a series of in-class quiz, real case analysis and discussions. During the training you will also analyze your own work and will receive suggestions for improvement.
