Dr. Giedrė Vasiliauskaitė is a lecturer, trainer, coach and researcher specialized in critical thinking and cross-cultural communication skills development for academia and business. She holds a doctorate in Philosophy from Erasmus University Rotterdam (2011) and possesses more than two decades of international research and training experience. During 2004-2006 parallel to academic pursuits Dr. Vasiliauskaite was running cross-cultural training courses for executives in Expathouse, Helsinki, Finland. In additions, she is also an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach, supporting people in career and life transitions.
Since 2008 Dr. Giedrė Vasiliauskaite is teaching Critical Thinking and Argument Analysis courses at Master’s and MBA-executive programs at the Rotterdam Business School and The Hague University of Applied Sciences as well as delivering trainings for businesses. Giedre's teaching style unfolds more in asking questions, discussions and exercises so that to stimulate the audience to reflect and connect theoretical constructs to the real-life cases. |
